Help As a Building Manager, you will perform the following duties:
- Manages assigned contractual duties as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
- Manages minor renovation and remove construction projects.
- Manages facilities in an energy-efficient manner through proper control of building systems.
- Maintains health and safety training.
