Cultivate and grow our book of business through thoughtful engagement with our local Stephenville community. Guide prospective clients through the quoting process, ensuring they feel confident and informed about their policies. Coordinate with our underwriting partners to secure the best possible terms for our clients. Manage policy renewals and mid-term changes with a proactive approach to client service. Keep accurate and detailed records of all client interactions within our internal systems. Requirements Active Texas General Lines Property and Casualty license. Minimum of two years of experience in personal lines insurance sales. Proficiency in Agency Management Systems such as Applied Epic or AMS360. Clear and articulate communication skills for both phone and in-person consultations. High school diploma or equivalent.
