Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for repairs and renovations? Trillium Staffing is looking for Building Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Brighton, MI!

What You'll Do: Step into a dynamic role where every day brings a new challenge! As a Building Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for:

Performing high-quality repairs, refurbishments, and modifications on modular buildings and containers
Tackling a variety of tasks, including framing, finish carpentry, electrical work, flooring, plumbing, painting, and running gear maintenance
Working independently in a fast-paced environment
Lifting up to 50 lbs while handling your daily tasks

What to Expect:

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime
Competitive Pay: Starting at $21/hr (based on experience)

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
2 years Carpentry experience.
Ability to use hand tools
Valid driver's license.
Ability to pass any pre-employment screenings.
