Business Analyst - Data Analytics

Business Analyst – Kitchen Cabinets Industry The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements from business stakeholders, coordinating with the Data Analytics team, developing business intelligence solutions, and validating solution accuracy. Responsibilities Discover and understand business function needs through stakeholder interviews, data profiling, and process mapping. Analyze raw data sets, data flows, and business logic. Develop common definitions for business terms. Design, build, and implement BI reports and dashboards using PowerBI. Train users on new reports and dashboards. Analyze problems, determine root causes, and improve existing BI solutions. Coordinate project schedules and prioritize tasks. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience with data analytics on complex data sets. 2+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry preferred. Proficiency with PowerBI, PowerQuery, DAX, and SQL. Experience with Azure platform or SSRS is a plus. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision. Organizational and analytical skills using structured development and problem‑solving techniques. Ability to collaborate on cross‑functional teams. Adaptability, multitasking, and efficient prioritization of tasks. Salary Shift: Full or Part Time – Full Time; Salary Range: $75k–$90k.
