Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in mission critical and data center construction projects to join a growing General Contractor in the Phoenix market. This individual will oversee large-scale ground-up and complex technical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring safety, schedule, quality, and budget objectives are achieved. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established builder with a strong pipeline of hyperscale, mission critical, and advanced technology projects throughout Arizona. Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover Lead day-to-day project operations for mission critical and data center projects Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Oversee procurement and subcontractor management Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures Conduct regular project meetings and provide detailed project reporting Identify and resolve construction, scheduling, and coordination issues proactively Support Superintendent and field operations teams to maintain project progress Manage client relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Assist with project buyout, forecasting, and financial tracking Drive successful delivery of technically complex MEP-heavy projects Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction Previous experience working for a General Contractor is required Strong experience managing data center and/or mission critical construction projects Experience with hyperscale, colocation, advanced manufacturing, or highly technical projects preferred Strong understanding of MEP systems and coordination Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships Experience with ground-up commercial construction projects Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and/or Primavera P6 #J-18808-Ljbffr Scott Humphrey Corporation
