Georgia P&C Licensed Customer Support Agent

To support a growing customer base, the full-time Georgia P&C Licensed Customer Support Agent will assist existing clients with insurance policy changes, answer inquiries, and process service requests while working remotely. Key responsibilities Respond to inbound calls from existing customers regarding their insurance policies Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, and sending policy documents Work to retain policyholders by providing solutions for customers at risk of cancellation Required qualifications Must possess a Georgia P&C license (or be willing to obtain within 60 days of starting) 2+ years of experience in a call center environment Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service Willingness to participate in ongoing training and mentorship
