Job Description

Night shift: 7:00 pm 7:00 am Rotated weekends

Valid credentials as a Respiratory Therapist or Registered Respiratory Therapist Demonstrated experience working within NICU and PICU units NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications are mandatory Strong clinical assessment, ventilator management, and critical care skills for neonatal and pediatric populations Excellent communication and collaboration abilities within multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities

Administer advanced respiratory therapies to neonatal and pediatric patients in intensive care settings Assess, monitor, and document patient responses to respiratory interventions Operate, manage, and troubleshoot ventilators and other respiratory equipment Consult with physicians and nursing staff to develop and adjust care plans Educate and support families regarding therapy benefits and care procedures Maintain accurate documentation according to regulatory and hospital standards

$1,918 - $2,087/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
