Pay Range: $25 - $28/Hour based on experience
Benefits Package Available after 60 Days from start date

Doorkeeper Property Management LLC is seeking a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team immediately. This role involves maintaining both residential and commercial properties, ensuring all units and facilities are safe, functional, and well-kept.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, carpentry, etc.)

· Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent repair needs

· Conduct routine inspections of properties

· Coordinate and prioritize work across multiple locations daily

· Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in good working condition

· Communicate effectively with property managers and tenants

Requirements:

· Previous property maintenance preferred

· Ability to troubleshoot and complete a wide range of maintenance tasks

· Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for travel between properties

· Strong time management and problem-solving skills

· Ability to handle urgent or emergency work requests

Work Environment:

· Work will be performed across multiple residential and commercial sites

· Fast-paced environment with varying daily tasks
