As a Dishwasher, you will help ensure smooth kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, supporting the culinary team, and creating a safe and efficient work environment. What You’ll Do Sweep, mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other assigned equipment using designated chemicals. Ensure that the floor and work surfaces are kept free of trash, water, etc. to prevent potential accidents. Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans and wash by hand or in the dishwasher. Sort silverware before cleaning and properly load and unload the dishwasher. Sort and store all clean china, glass, silver, chafers, coffee pots, pitchers, display pieces, and platters using proper procedures. Assist with unloading product from supply trucks. Perform other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring Ability to work collaboratively with peers and the kitchen staff. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience required, but a strong desire to work hard is essential. Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time.
