Carter Legacy Enterprises is hiring motivated individuals to join our growing sales team in the Saint Matthews area. If you're looking to build professional communication skills, work directly with customers, and grow in a performance-driven environment, we'd love to meet you.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, daily coaching, and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential customers in designated local neighborhoods
• Learn each customer's needs and recommend the best telecommunications solutions
• Build trust through professional, face-to-face interactions
• Guide customers through the enrollment process
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
• Participate in daily training and team development

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Comfortable working independently and with a team
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
