Expectations

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential & light commercial HVAC systems 
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers 
• Troubleshoot systems efficiently and accurately 
• Recommend solutions customers can trust 
• Maintain clean, organized service vehicles and workspaces 
• Represent Alta Air with professionalism and integrity 
• Generally do what is best for the company and our customers

Qualifications

• HVAC service experience required 
• EPA Certification and RMGA preferred 
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record 
• Strong troubleshooting skills 
• Ability to work independently 
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
