Associate Attorney – Florida (Coral Gables)
Pollack & Rosen, P.A. is seeking full-time Associate Attorneys for our Coral Gables office. This role is an excellent fit for attorneys who thrive in a fast-paced courtroom environment, enjoy hands-on litigation, and want to leverage their advocacy skills in the private sector with meaningful opportunities for financial growth and long-term advancement.

Pollack & Rosen, P.A. is one of Florida’s largest and longest-established collection litigation firms. We represent National Banking Associations, Fortune 500 Companies, Healthcare Providers, and major financial institutions in matters involving the recovery of outstanding credit and loan debts. The firm maintains offices across Florida, Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington D.C., and Wisconsin.
Position Responsibilities
- Manage and litigate a large portfolio of civil cases throughout the State of Florida
- Conduct frequent virtual and in-person court appearances
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation filings
- Engage in strategic case resolution and negotiation with opposing counsel
- Work collaboratively with supervising attorneys and support staff
Qualifications
- Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
- Admission to the Southern, Middle, or Northern Districts of Florida preferred but not required
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- One year of experience in a high-volume litigation environment preferred, whether civil or criminal
Client Requirements
- Criminal background check
- 10-panel drug screening
- Verification of Florida Bar licensure and good standing
