Tool Assistant – Fort Morgan, CO $19–$22/Hour | Day Shift | 
Advance Services, Inc. is hiring a Tool Assistant in Fort Morgan, CO!

• Day Shift: 7:45 AM–5:00 PM
• Work Monday–Sunday during your scheduled rotation
• Hands-on work with specialized downhole tools

What You’ll Do
As a Tool Assistant, you’ll help coordinate, maintain, and prepare specialized Cyclops Setting Tools for customer use. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate the pickup and delivery of Cyclops Setting Tools to customer locations.
• Clean, disassemble, inspect, and rebuild tools according to Fortress procedures .
• Accurately document recycling and tool-related activities in iFortress .
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, reliable working condition .
• Provide professional and responsive customer support.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Assist with additional duties and projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, mechanically inclined, dependable, and detail-oriented .

Required:

• Downhole tool experience
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic hand-tool experience
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Proficiency with Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and Prophet 21
• Clean driving record
• Successful completion of a drug screen and background check

Preferred:

• Forklift certification
• CDL
