Techno Functional Business Analyst – Fraud Protection

Techno ‐ Functional Business Analyst – Fraud Protection Key Responsibilities-

Act as a Techno‐Functional Business Analyst for Fraud Protection initiatives
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to fraud detection and fraud review
Support evaluation and recommendation of enterprise fraud protection tools
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Analyze payment and fraud review flows including accept/reject decisioning
Participate in architecture and solution discussions
Support stakeholder walkthroughs and presentations

Required Skills & Competencies-

Experience as a Techno‐Functional Business Analyst in Fraud Protection domain
Strong understanding of fraud detection and transaction risk concepts
Ability to translate business needs into technical documentation
Experience working with cross‐functional teams
Strong analytical and communication skills

Good ‐ to ‐ Have Skills-

Retail or e‐commerce platform experience
Exposure to payment flows and fraud review services
Enterprise consulting or advisory experience
Stakeholder Interaction
Client fraud, product, and engineering teams
Security and risk stakeholders
