We provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary care to individuals recovering from strokes, orthopedic surgeries, debilitating conditions, and brain injuries. Our goal is to assist patients in regaining their highest level of independence and functionality. An interdisciplinary team collaborates to develop individualized care plans. Family involvement and education are emphasized to support the patient's recovery journey. Advanced rehabilitation technologies and evidence-based practices are utilized to ensure the highest standard of care. Patient safety, dignity, and respect are prioritized in all aspects of care. The hospital supports patients of various age groups, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Daily census averages around 35 patients, with an operating capacity of 48 beds. Interdisciplinary support includes various services to enhance patient care. Common patient diagnoses include CVA, orthopedic conditions, brain injuries, and other medical conditions requiring rehabilitation services. Special equipment features fully equipped therapy rooms, state-of-the-art equipment for therapy, and support services for patients and families. Transitional care planning is provided to facilitate a smooth return to the community. All staff are required to comply with onboarding procedures and complete necessary items in a timely manner.
