Customer Service Representative

Job Title

Responsible for providing customer service to taxpayers in our SRO TIA office with filing assistance, taxpayer education, refund issues/disputes, billing issues/disputes, and State of Arizona tax policies and procedures; complete research and necessary adjustments to resolve taxpayer account issues in all four tax types. Customers are assisted through Live Chat, Walk-in office, Correspondence, calls and various email boxes. The ideal candidate must have a strong customer service background. Tentative start date will be dependent upon interviews conducted, onboarding completed, and the state agency issuing a PO. Local Only Candidates - Resumes must specify the current location of the candidate, all those who do not state current location will not be considered. - AS A REMINDER - Candidates must be local at time of submission, and available for in person interviews within 1 week of the posting close date. Candidates must also be able to start within 2 weeks of an offer being made. This position is hybrid. The successful candidate will work 40 hours a week, M-F, 8-5pm. Hybrid Schedule - 3 days in office, 2 days remote depending on the job/project needs.
