Maternal Child Health (MCH) Registered Nurse position providing high-acuity obstetric and perinatal care during night shifts. Responsible for safe, evidence-based nursing care in Labor & Delivery and related maternal-child settings, including management of high-risk pregnancies, labor support, fetal monitoring, and neonatal stabilization. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes for both mother and newborn populations in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Specialty: Maternal Child Health (Labor & Delivery / High-Risk OB focus) Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Nights) Experience Required: Minimum 1 year recent full-time RN experience (within last 3 years) Preferred Experience: 5+ years recent Labor & Delivery experience (within last 2 years) High-risk OB experience Education Required: Graduate of an accredited nursing program Education Preferred: BSN or related field Required Certifications: RN License (state of practice) BLS NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) ACLS AWHONN Key Skills: High-risk labor management, fetal monitoring, neonatal resuscitation, maternal stabilization, interdisciplinary OB collaboration Unit Type: Maternal Child Health (Labor & Delivery focus implied) Ideal Candidate: Experienced L&D nurse comfortable with high-risk obstetrics, neonatal emergencies, and night shift acute care environment.
