Job Title Physical Therapist – full‑time (BJC HealthCare) Location: Saint Louis, MO Job Overview Missouri Baptist is seeking a Physical Therapist to work in an outpatient setting at the Center for Outpatient Therapy and Wellness. The practice offers a diverse patient population with opportunities in orthopedic, sports‑medicine, neurologic, vestibular/balance, and oncology rehabilitation. Existing PTs with an orthopedic background will find this role a good fit. The Center is an 8,500‑square‑foot outpatient clinic that includes physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, massage therapy, and personal fitness services. It focuses on 1:1 individualized care. The current outpatient team consists of 22 licensed therapists. Responsibilities Establish treatment plans and provide treatment, considering discharge needs, expected functional status, and appropriate equipment and supplies. Educate, collaborate, and confer with patients, families, and other health‑care providers; recommend referrals to specialists as needed. Delegate tasks to assistants, techs, and students through written and verbal communication, determining the skill level or competency necessary to best meet patient needs. Complete documentation in accordance with departmental policies and provide assessment, reassessment, or consultations for Physical Therapy Services.
