Compensation

Compensation includes a $15.00 per hour base rate plus uncapped commission. While average earnings are up to $23.00 per hour, there is no cap on commissions, allowing high performers to increase their earnings beyond the average.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Wireless Specialists to exceed sales and service expectations.
• Drive store performance through hands-on leadership, coaching, and accountability.
• Meet your own personal sales goals while helping your team achieve store objectives. The Store Manager remains an active seller and customer-facing leader.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and onboard new team members.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and daily store operations.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.

What We're Looking For

• Retail leadership, store management, or sales management experience.
• A passion for coaching, developing, and motivating others.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• A track record of achieving sales goals and driving team performance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven retail environment.
