Area Sales Manager, ENT - New York City

Medtronic seeks an Area Sales Manager for ENT products in New York to sell surgical technologies and capital equipment to hospitals, physicians, and surgery centers. The role requires territory-based sales execution, account management, and approximately 50% travel within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face sales calls with physicians, nurses, and purchase influencers to demonstrate and sell ENT products
• Execute sales action plans across hospital departments, outpatient surgery centers, and physician offices
• Transport and maintain demonstration equipment and inventory in working condition
• Provide clinical support and in-service training in surgical environments
• Report competitive activity and maintain required records and reports

Requirements

• High school diploma plus 8+ years relevant sales or medical device experience
• Associate's degree plus 6+ years relevant sales or healthcare experience
• Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years relevant sales or life sciences experience
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance
• Ability to drive 75% of time and lift up to 20 pounds regularly
• Medical sales background in ENT products preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
