South Florida Dental Sales Leader — Remote & Commission-Based

The Opportunity We’re seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to grow KaVo’s footprint in our South Florida territory. In this remote, field‑based role, you’ll be the trusted face of our products—building relationships with dealer partners, cultivating new accounts, and supporting dental professionals with innovative solutions. What You’ll Do Develop and execute a territory plan to meet or exceed sales targets Build advocacy among dental equipment dealers to drive customer acquisition Foster trusted relationships with end users across the territory Manage and track opportunities using CRM tools Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitor activity Represent KaVo at trade shows and company events Operate within assigned territory budget Lift and transport demo equipment up to 20 lbs as needed Other responsibilities as assigned What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field High school diploma or equivalent and +4 years in the dental industry Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Additional Requirements 1+ year of business-to-business sales experience in a commission‑based role Valid driver’s license Must live in the designated territory Preferred Skills Prior sales experience in the dental industry Formal sales training Ability to articulate technical and clinical product information Self‑aware, action‑oriented, customer‑focused, adaptable under ambiguity What We Offer Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with employer matching Paid parental leave & flexible PTO Schedule Remote role with frequent travel within the assigned territory Occasional evening/weekend availability for trade shows or customer needs Equal Opportunity & Compliance KaVo is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
