About the roleALS global company, is a leader in the field of clinical testing with an opening for full-time Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) in Phoenix, AZ. The successful candidate will join a team that provides clinical testing services to many of the world's best-known consumer product companies. The Study Coordinator will be responsible for:Plans, develops, and coordinates the safety and efficacy research studies under the supervision of the Principal Investigator and in accordance to protocol, company SOP’s and Good Clinical Practices.Duties include but not limited to:The Study Coordinator has the following duties:Participates and coordinates the planning, development and implementation of clinical protocols, logistical procedures, and operating systems in accordance with parameters set out by the study sponsor and Principal Investigator.Supervises, evaluates, and coordinates the activities of a team of Clinical Research Assistants; ensures that all clinical activities are carried out in accordance with Company SOP's and guidelines of Good Clinical Practices.Oversees the planning, scheduling, and carrying out of day-to-day clinical activities, maximizing on study workflow, and associated availability of research subjects.Works closely with Recruitment Department ensuring specific research subject entrance criteria is observed prior to conducting study.Monitors test subjects’ response to treatment and communicates study data and results to investigators in a timely fashion.Works in conjunction with Clinical Management on generation of protocols, interim reports, and final reports for Company sponsors.Order and maintain inventory of laboratory suppliesOther duties as assigned.About you:Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in life sciences preferred.1 – 2 years’ experience in clinical industry experience (substitute for BS or BA).Working conditions:Sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time, up to eight (8) hours per business dayMust be able to stand, bend, push, pull, stoop and crouch frequently while performing the duties of this positionMust be able to lift (with both hands) and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move heavier loads with assistanceMust be able to interact and communicate effectively with panelistWorking at ALSThe ALS team is a diverse and dedicated community united by our passion to make a difference in the world.Our values are important to us, and shape how we work, how we treat each other and how we recognise excellence.
