Responsibilities: Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Provide support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene. Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation. Medication Reminders: Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules. Support clients in managing their medication routines. Meal Preparation and Nutrition: Assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements. Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
