Our client is a Commercial General Contractor in Queens, NY, renowned for our quality projects and client satisfaction. Seeking a dynamic Chief Estimator to join our team, contributing to our continued success.

Job Description

Chief Estimator - Public Construction - Queens, NY

Manage estimating team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Review project documents, conduct site visits, and assess costs.
Cultivate relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
Collaborate on strategic bid proposals and presentations.
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

The Successful Applicant

Chief Estimator - Public Construction - Queens, NY

MUST have expiernce working on large scale ground up NYC Public projects for agencies like NYCHA, SCA, DDC, MTA and others
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
10+ years' commercial construction estimating experience in the New York City Building and Construction industry
Current title of Senior Estimator or Chief Estimator
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

Salary Range: $250k - $300k
