As a Security Officer Access Credential Verification in Ashland City, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and help maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and operations. You will remain visible, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns while delivering exceptional customer service. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $17.62 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor entry, and maintain accurate access-related logs in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unauthorized activity or site concerns.
• Support a professional, orderly environment by communicating clearly with employees, visitors, contractors, and site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
