About the Role:

The General Operator A plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of manufacturing or production equipment within a facility. This position is responsible for monitoring machinery, performing routine maintenance, and making adjustments to optimize performance and maintain product quality. The operator will work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production targets while adhering to safety and quality standards. Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues promptly are essential to minimize downtime and maintain continuous workflow. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial machinery.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities:
