Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living and functional skills while working in a skilled nursing facility in Chillicothe, IL.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
Ability to manage a caseload, complete documentation according to facility and payer requirements, and coordinate with interdisciplinary team members.
Current immunizations and ability to meet facility health screening requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
Experience with standardized OT assessments and restorative nursing programs preferred.

Assignment Details
Shift hours: 08:30 - 16:30.
Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
Guaranteed hours: 35 hours per week.
Assignment type: Travel position at a skilled nursing facility in Chillicothe, IL.
