Alcyone Plumbing is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumber to join our team in Massapequa, NY. This role is ideal for a skilled plumber with strong commercial service, repair, installation, and troubleshooting experience.

Alcyone Plumbing is a full-service commercial plumbing contractor serving Long Island and New York City, with more than 40 years of experience in the commercial plumbing and construction industry. The company provides services including heating systems, hot water systems, pumps, site work, specialty supply systems, vacuum plumbing systems, water systems, fire sprinkler systems, stoppage control, grease removal, maintenance, and commercial plumbing repairs.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and complete repairs efficiently.
• Work on water, waste, vent, heating, hot water, pump, and specialty supply systems.
• Perform commercial service work, maintenance, and system troubleshooting.
• Read and follow work orders, plans, and job specifications.
• Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures.
• Complete required documentation for service calls and project work.
• Support emergency service needs when required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of plumbing experience required.
• Commercial plumbing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience with commercial buildings, restaurants, retail, industrial, or facility maintenance plumbing is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable, professional, and customer-service focused.
• Ability to lift, bend, climb, and work in commercial jobsite environments.
• OSHA training is a plus.
