My client is a highly prestigious global CPG organization with a portfolio of some of the most recognized and respected brands in the industry.

 

They are looking to add a high-caliber Senior Accountant to a talented finance team led by a Controller with a unique blend of Controllership and FP& A experience. The team is surrounded by former Big 4 professionals, CPAs, and rotational talent—creating an environment with tremendous exposure, mentorship, and opportunities for growth.

 

What makes this opportunity particularly exciting? This is far more than a traditional Senior Accountant role. It is a rare opportunity for a strong accounting professional to expand into a true Accounting + FP& A position, gaining meaningful exposure to forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and decision support.

 

You’ll also have significant business partnering exposure, working directly with key stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, and Human Resources to understand spending, manage budgets, analyze performance, and help drive smarter business decisions.

 

This role is ideal for someone who wants to take the next step beyond traditional accounting and build a well-rounded finance skill set within a globally recognized organization.

 

As always, these are permanent, full time, fully benefited salaried positions (these are NOT temp, or temp to perm).

 

They are located in Midtown, 3 days in with 2 days remote.

 

Compensation is based on experience:

The range is between $95k - $120k base + discretionary bonus + exceptional benefits!

 

The role will cover:

• This a core accounting GL/US GAAP role with FP& A (budgeting, forecasting, modeling)
• This role will work with the business (Marketing, HR and Ops) need someone with this experience
• Reports to the Controller (Louise) and works closely with the Treasury Manager’s team
• SAP is a +
• They are on IFRS, this is a +

 

Who are you?

• MUST have experience within the product based sector, ideally wholesale/apparel, open to retail and manufacturing backgrounds
• A minimum of a BA/BS in accounting from a top accredited school
• B4/Public Accounting and/or a CPA are a +
• 3+ years of experience. 

 

Exceptional communications skills are required. A great dynamic personality and the ability to work along your fellow colleagues is crucial. He or she must be able to effectively collaborate with individuals both inside and outside the company.
