In this advanced-level paralegal role, you will conduct legal research, prepare and manage complex legal documents, and support high-priority legal matters with a high degree of independence. You will collaborate with attorneys, leverage internal and external resources, and apply your specialized knowledge to help drive successful outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct legal research. Prepare and manage complex legal documents. Support a wide range of high-priority legal matters with independence. Collaborate with attorneys and leverage internal and external resources. Apply specialized knowledge to help drive successful outcomes. Represent attorneys in the execution of legal matters when appropriate. Determine and use appropriate internal and external resources. Act in an advisory capacity in a field of specialization. Qualifications Paralegal certification from an accredited program, or equivalent degree or experience. Five to eight years of relevant experience. Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills. Strong commitment to client service. Ability to work independently. Ability to organize and manage a large volume of detailed tasks. Salary Range $28.27 - $37.69 per hour. The actual range for the role may differ based on its location. Hybrid/Flexible Schedule The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule. In-office expectation of 3 or more days per week, with flexibility to work outside the office location for the remaining days.
