In this role, the Clinical Nurse Manager Labor and Delivery oversees daily operations of a busy labor and delivery unit. This leader ensures strong outcomes, engaged staff, and full regulatory compliance. Reporting directly to a Nurse Director, the Obstetrics Nurse Manager will receive strong leadership support and maintain autonomy over staffing, scheduling, budgeting, performance management and quality initiatives. You will lead a friendly and experienced nursing team and collaborate closely with physicians, midwives and other healthcare professionals who value teamwork, respect and shared decision-making.
