HR Operations Coordinator

Title: HR Operations Coordinator Industry: Entertainment Location: Burbank, CA Duration: 2 months Responsibilities Support the administration and communication of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Partner with HR Operations to support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including sensitive employee situations. Provide administrative and operational support to a team of HR Business Partners (HRBPs), including reporting, data collection, compensation planning, talent calibration, and performance review processes. Maintain accurate organizational charts, headcount data, and staff augmentation reports as needed. Coordinate with HR partners and key stakeholders across multiple teams and business units to support HR initiatives and employee needs. Requirements Approximately 2 years of experience in HR, Human Resources Operations, or a related field. High school diploma required. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Experience working with HR systems, including Workday and SAP. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
