About The Area Coach Role Our experienced multi-unit leaders have deep functional knowledge of operational, financial, people and guest performance metrics. They maintain a quality management team in their area through recruiting, selection, training, coaching, motivating, evaluating performance, and providing direction. Area Coaches enjoy teaching, developing, and mentoring managers and motivating multiple restaurant teams to work together and achieve the desired goals.
