Senior ML Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build production-quality ML components for evidence ingestion, entity resolution, graph construction, probabilistic scoring, and exploitability analysis.
• Design, build, test, and operate production ML software with strong engineering fundamentals.
• Own component correctness and reliability through testing, evaluation, observability, and performance metrics.
• Maintain data and model plumbing for graph accuracy, entity-resolution quality, evidence provenance, and decay.
• Prototype and evaluate AI capabilities against cybersecurity problems.
• Participate in design and code reviews and collaborate with product, security R&D, and SecOps.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of software engineering experience or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience designing and delivering production software systems.
• Experience building or integrating AI/ML-powered applications in production or near-production environments.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, agentic workflows, model evaluation, or AI observability.
• Strong programming experience in Python and/or Java, Go, or a similar language.
• Working knowledge of cloud-native technologies, distributed systems, APIs, databases, graph systems, and scalable architectures.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Cybersecurity or security-product experience is preferred.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools, coding agents, AI evaluation, safety, or guardrails is preferred.
