ERP Transformation Leader: Strategic Change & Value

Chelan PUD seeks a Sr. ERP Business Transformation Leader to drive enterprise-wide ERP initiatives and transform business processes across the district. You will integrate governance, project management, and organizational readiness to deliver sustainable improvements.

Reporting to the COO, you will lead a multidisciplinary team, shape strategy, manage risks, and ensure adoption of new technology and processes aligned with district objectives.
