This role ensures strategic alignment, operational efficiency and on-time delivery of integrated communication campaigns, executive communications, stakeholder outreach and cross-agency initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment and brings both structure and flexibility to complex, multi-stakeholder projects. This is a critical and strategic operations role within Marketing & Communications.SalaryThe salary range for this position is $63,787 – $66,000, commensurate with education and work experience.A Day in the LifeManage end-to-end execution of integrated communications campaigns, from intake through delivery. Develop detailed project plans, timelines and budgets (if applicable). Ensure alignment between communications initiatives and agency-wide strategic priorities. Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive solutions. Serve as the central liaison between the MarComms team, internal clients and external communications partners. Facilitate cross-departmental and cross-agency collaboration and accountability. Lead project kick-off meetings, status updates and post-project debriefs. Own and continuously improve department workflows, intake systems and tracking tools. Manage project management software and reporting dashboards. Establish clear prioritization frameworks for competing requests. Ensure transparency in workload capacity and deadlines. Support and maintain appropriate discretion regarding high-visibility initiatives such as major announcements, trade missions, events, legislative communication and economic development campaigns.
