Job Summary
LJ Horizons is seeking a professional Customer Support Specialist to provide assistance and support for clients remotely.
This position is ideal for individuals who value strong communication, organization, and a positive client experience.
You will assist with client communication, updates, coordination, and ongoing support to help ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Comfortable using online tools and technology
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Customer service, hospitality, administrative, or support experience preferred
