The ideal candidate will be passionate about ensuring every interaction with Tarter is exceptional, from initial inquiry to post-sale support. This role is crucial in maintaining high customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building. Key Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries, orders, and concerns through various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.). Consistently strive to hit revenue generating growth goals. Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively, including Sales, Logistics, and Product Development. Monitor customer feedback and proactively identify areas for improvement in products, services, or processes. Assist in developing and implementing customer experience strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
