Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative We are seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative to support direct mail projects from intake through completion. This role is ideal for someone organized, reliable, and comfortable communicating with customers, vendors, and internal production teams. Schedule/Pay: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Pay range: $19.00-$21.50 per hour. Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, co-workers, and supervisors by phone, email, fax, and in person.
- Create and maintain client profiles, work orders, postage requests, schedules, inventory reports, and initial invoices.
- Monitor mailing components, review materials for job requirements and postal compliance, and escalate issues as needed.
- Track multiple projects through production to help meet client timelines and expectations.
- Support the team through cross-training, phone coverage, and other duties as assigned.
- Two years of customer service or clerical experience preferred.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, organization, and dependability.
- No prior direct mail or industry-specific software experience required; training is provided.
- Two weeks vacation, six personal days, and nine holidays.
