Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Labor & Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12.5 Experience: Minimum of 24 months recent Labor & Delivery experience in the last 12 months License: Active license to practice Certifications: NRP, BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), AFM Must-Have: Candidates must possess a minimum of 24 months of Labor & Delivery experience. Candidates must have life support certifications from recognized vendors. No violations on the state license to practice are permitted. Candidates must provide a driver's license for residency verification. Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date or no more than one week later. Request time off cannot exceed 7 days. No time off during the first week of assignment is permitted. Description: Navy scrubs are required. Candidates should clearly outline all criteria they are willing to accept, including location flexibility, shifts, and departments. The more flexible candidates are, the faster an offer can be secured. Candidates must submit a completed cover page. The resume should detail all facilities, departments worked, trauma level designations, and number of beds. A skills checklist for Labor & Delivery must be completed in the last 12 months. Active license to practice must be verified within the last 30 days. Active certifications for ACLS, BLS, AFM, and NRP must be from approved vendors. Candidates submitted should be prepared to accept the position if selected. Immediate notification is required if a candidate withdraws or is no longer available for the position. Strict adherence to all background check standards is mandatory.
