Family Medicine is a designated NHSC (National Health Service Corps) service site allowing for loan repayment options, as well as a Rural Health site offering Oregon income tax credit. Our team welcomes new graduates and experienced doctors alike, to work with a cohesive group of APPs, physicians, nurses and medical assistants who are very passionate about evidence‑based whole‑person care. We are a designated 5 STAR Primary Care Medical Home with integrated Behavioral Health, on‑site diabetes education and EPIC EMR. Located 85 miles east of Portland in the majestic Columbia River Gorge, The Dalles features rushing waterfalls, year‑round access to outdoor recreation, including downhill and cross‑country skiing, world‑class water sports, and miles of hiking and biking trails.
