Business Operations Coordinator

Business Operations Coordinator Marshfield Public Schools – Marshfield, Massachusetts Starting Date: July 1, 2026 or as soon as possible Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 per year Reports to: Assistant Superintendent, Business & Finance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, management, or a related field from an accredited institution. Minimum of five years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a municipal setting. Eligibility for valid School Business Administrator licensure in Massachusetts. Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations concerning school district operations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with computers and information‑management tools. Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines.
