Assistant quality manager

Are you a detail-oriented leader with a passion for excellence? We are seeking an Assistant Quality Assurance Manager to serve as a key guardian of our product integrity. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level quality strategy and daily operational execution. You will lead our QC/QA teams to ensure that every product leaving our facility not only meets but exceeds industry safety and compliance standards.

salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Helping develop and expand Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001
• Coordinating and conducting internal, supplier, and external audits to ensure regulatory
compliance
• Investigating quality issues and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Managing quality assurance teams, providing training, and ensuring production schedules are
met
• Monitoring supplier performance through scorecards and audits to ensure material standards
are maintained
• Editing quality procedures and work instructions as needed for compliance and operational
efficiency
