Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a talented team to achieve operational excellence. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Assist in training team members and upcoming leaders. Fostering a positive work culture which retains and attracts talent. Create and execute a plan for success each day. Regularly monitor key business metrics and track results in areas of opportunity. Excellent leadership and decision-making skills. A passion for creating positive guest experiences. Commitment to continued personal development. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume business. Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant management; any Chick-fil-A experience preferred.
