Job Summary We are currently hiring dedicated and compassionate ABA Behavior Technicians / ABA Therapists in Staten Island, NY. As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children diagnosed with autism, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs designed and supervised by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will play a key role in helping children achieve meaningful goals, learn new skills, and make lasting progress at home and in the community. . Current Openings in Staten Island: We have part-time after-school and weekend cases available in: 10302, 10303, 10306, 10310, 10312, and 10314 Sample cases include: 10 y/o Male – Mon/Wed/Fri, 3:30–6:30 PM (10302) 5 y/o Female – Mon/Tue 4–6 PM (home); Wed–Fri 4–6 PM (10303) 18 y/o Male – Mon & Fri, 4–7 PM (10306) 5 y/o Male – Tue/Wed/Thu, 5:30–7:30 PM or 6–8 PM (10310) 11 y/o Male – Mon–Wed, 5–7 PM; Thu, 4–6 PM (10312) 5 y/o Male – Mon–Fri, 2–6 PM (10312) 6 y/o Female – Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat (10314) 9 y/o Male – Mon–Fri, 3–6 PM (10314) 6 y/o Male – Tue & Wed, 3:30–6 PM (10314) Responsibilities Implement ABA therapy sessions according to individualized treatment plans Collect accurate data and track progress during each session Follow the Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) under BCBA supervision Reinforce positive behaviors and teach new skills through play-based learning Communicate regularly with supervisors and family members Qualifications Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (required) Coursework or degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or a related field (preferred) Reliable, punctual, and passionate about helping others Strong interpersonal and communication skills Willingness to complete RBT training, CPR certification, and Mandated Reporter training Benefits Competitive pay: $20–$30/hour (based on experience and education) Flexible part-time hours: perfect for students or working professionals Free RBT training and supervision toward certification Ongoing mentorship and professional development Supportive and collaborative clinical team environment Join Our Team If you’re looking for a rewarding ABA job in Staten Island and want to help children with autism reach their fullest potential, apply today to join Achievement Behavior Services (ABS). #J-18808-Ljbffr Achievement-Behavior-Services
