Hybrid Schedule After Training (4-6 Months In-Office Training Required)
⏰ Available Schedules: 8:30 AM-3:30 PM, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, or 9:30 AM-5:30 PM

You will serve as the primary point of contact throughout the delivery process, ensuring customers receive timely updates, support, and a seamless experience from purchase through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the delivery process.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer, dealer, financial institution, and internal inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records, task updates, and follow-up activities.
• Monitor delivery timelines and ensure all required actions are completed on schedule.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries between customers and dealerships.
• Collect and verify required documentation prior to delivery.
• Identify and resolve tax, title, registration, and delivery-related issues before customer arrival.
• Manage delivery delays and provide effective solutions to customer concerns.
• Handle cancellation requests and customer complaints with professionalism and urgency.
• Ensure payments are received and verified prior to delivery completion.
• Conduct post-delivery follow-up calls and customer satisfaction surveys.
• Review completed deliveries, close out orders, and maintain accurate records.
• Meet monthly and quarterly delivery goals and performance metrics.
• Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service, administrative, customer care, or coordination experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, articulate, and customer-focused demeanor.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable using technology, business systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Professional Responsibility, Documentation & Program Operations • Adhere to site-specific memoranda and program staff manual which includes staff and program specific requirements as prescribed by the NYS Child School Aged Child Care (SACC) Programs regulation in a proactive manner, making the provision of quality services and the safety and care of all children the primary focus. • Demonstrate professionalism through consistent attendance, punctuality, preparedness, and follow-through. • Take ownership of assigned groups, activities, materials, and responsibilities to ensure high-quality implementation and participant experiences. • Complete attendance records, incident reports, activity logs, and other required documentation accurately and on time. • Communicate participant concerns, operational needs, and program updates to leadership and colleagues in a timely manner. • Adhere to agency policies, program procedures, reporting protocols, and applicable regulatory requirements while exercising appropriate decision-making within the scope of the role. • Recognize that personal attendance, punctuality, and performance directly impact participant safety, staffing ratios, program quality, and regulatory compliance, and takes responsibility for minimizing disruptions to program operations.
