Assistant General ManagerOverview: At Raindrop Car Wash, we deliver a standout wash experience every time—powered by great people, clean facilities, and top-tier service. As Assistant General Manager, you're the right hand to the General Manager, leading daily operations, energizing the team, and driving sales while keeping the site running at its best.What You'll Do:Champion a high-energy sales culture and grow membershipsRun day-to-day operations, including opening/closing and staffingKeep all areas (prep, lot, kiosk, tunnel) executing at a high standardCoach team members to connect with customers and close salesResolve customer issues quickly and effectivelyUphold company policies and performance expectationsSpot and address basic mechanical or operational issuesMaintain a safe, OSHA-compliant environmentWhat You Bring:Strong leadership and communication skillsSales experience with a customer-first mindsetConfidence making decisions in a fast-paced settingAbility to manage performance and hold teams accountableMechanical aptitude is a plusOrganized, adaptable, and detail-orientedAble to lift 35+ lbs., stand for long periods, and work outdoorsWork Environment: Fast-paced, hands-on, and primarily outdoors. You'll work in varying weather conditions around water, chemicals, and equipment. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and shift coverage is expected.
