Position Summary As a Facilities and Grounds Tech, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetic and operational integrity of our facilities. Your responsibilities will include: Industrial Painting: Prepare surfaces and select appropriate paints to ensure high-quality results. Routine Maintenance: Perform essential maintenance on equipment related to building and grounds upkeep. Seasonal Responsibilities: Manage snow removal during winter months, ensuring safe environments for everyone. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will possess some or all of the following skills and attributes: Independence and Attention to Detail: Ability to work autonomously while maintaining high standards. Strong Communication Skills: Effectively interact with team members and management. Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with technology to complete daily work orders. Customer Service Orientation: A commitment to providing excellent service. Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to address electrical and mechanical issues. Versatility in Maintenance Tasks: Experience in carpentry, drywall installation, plumbing, and masonry. Requirements Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience: Related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Training: Company-paid training at Sherwin Williams upon hire. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions.
