SAP HR FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

Job Description:
• Workforce Software configuration of policies, labor rules, holiday calendars, interfaces
• SAP payroll schema cleanup of time calc rules in preparation for Workforce Software go-live
• Integration of time clocks with WFS
• Payroll configuration, support and ticket resolution
• Year-end payroll processing
• FI Integration and wage type mapping reconciliation
• Workforce Software inbound interface
• Payroll training and SOP desktop procedures
• Workforce T&A software configuration
• Created Employee groups and Subgroups, Payroll Areas, Payroll Control Record, Period Parameters, Payroll periods and Modifiers
• Configure wage types, tax models, and garnishments.
• Year-end processing/adjustments for W2's
• Success Factors Integrated Innovation, EC payroll to EHPXXXX, and BSI XXXX.
• Implement EC/ECP best practice processes - Configure ECP
• SIT/FIT/Regression testing + Documentation - SDD, Func spec, Business Processes
• BSI Cyclic/TUB installation and testing
