If you are a confident deal-maker with a passion for helping customers secure the right financing while driving dealerhip profitability, we want you on our team.
Our dealerhip is growing fast, and we are looking for a high performance experienced automotive Finance Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What you will own:
- Deal structuring - Build clean, profitable deals that support both customer satisfaction and store performance
- Lender relationships Maintain strong connections with banks, credit unions, and captive lenders
- Menu presentation - Deliver transparent, confident product presentations that boost acceptance rates
- Compliance oversight - Ensure every deal meets federal, state, local, and dealership standards
- PVR & product penetration - Drive measurable improvements in finance performance metrics
- Cross-department collaboration- Work closely with sales leadership to streamline the customer journey
- Deliver a high professional customer experience with every customer
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Finance Manager

Since 1938, our company has been a family-owned and operated group of automobile dealerships. We are a Houston based company with 10 dealerships across Houston, Rosenberg, San Benito, Harlingen and San Antonio.
